PS Home Client Update 1.86 This Week!

Trophies
Trophies have been added to Playstation Home. Some users may find they earn trophies when first logging in after the patch. The list of available trophies can be found within the Trophy Collection option on the XMB.

Mute
An option has been added to mute sounds made by other players' portables. This option can be found in the Portable Item Settings menu on the Safe Screen. The safe screen can be accessed at any time by pressing Select.
 
Bug Fixes
A number of bug fixes and general stability improvements have been made.


So what do you think about this addition of trophies for Home?  I know that I have seen people ask for this in the Community forums in the past as early as 2008.  I remember HearItWow always asking where his Trophy Room in PS Home was too lol. Well now, maybe one will actually be created!   Also, I do remember Jersquall making a post to the forums a few years ago, asking the Community what they think would make good trophies for Home. Bronze	Fresh Threads	Own 15 purchased or rewarded clothing items
Silver	Brand New Toy	Own 3 purchased or rewarded portable items
Silver	Nice Gadget!	Own 15 purchased or rewarded furniture or active items
Bronze	A New You	Change each item of clothing individually on a male or female avatar
Bronze	A Documentary	Take a photo on 10 different days
Bronze	Welcome Guest	Visit a friend’s apartment
Bronze	Grand Explorer	Visit 20 unique spaces
Gold	There’s No Place Like Home	Visit PlayStationHome on 50 different days
Bronze	Born to Dance	Perform 5 of the default dances

These look pretty easy and we should all be able to get them! None of them require purchases either.
I think it's a start for those new to home while a few may take some time for current users (not sure which ones are retroactive yet). I'm anxious to see what new ones are added in future updates!

Turns out the 4 trophies for owning items are retroactive: Wherever I Lay My Hat, Fresh Threads, Brand New Toy, Nice Gadget!

The rest of the trophies you have to earn, but you should get the 1st 2 very easily by signing into PS Home and then going directly to your Harbor apartment


You should easily be able to get the following today: A New You, Welcome Guest, Grand Explorer, Born to Dance

So the maximum number of trophies you can have by the end of today is 11 of the total 13
